Ashley Wendell, Parenting R.E.

Ashley has been happily married to her husband, Jason, for 15 years.  She married him when he was still in the Navy, but now they are an Army family of 4.  They have 2 sons, Zack, 11, and Josh, 6.  She has been a stay at home mom for 7 years, although she is currently considering returning to the paid workforce.  Her 11 years of parenting has leveled numerous challenges including emergency surgery for her newborn son, dealing with a child with a chronic illness, as well as surviving the parenting rollercoaster on her own while her husband served 3 different year long tours in Iraq.  She is currently learning to co-parent with her loving husband again and enjoying the flexibility it can provide.  She has her BA in Social Work and has a passion for providing nurturing environments for God’s greatest blessings, our children.
