Carla is a Professional Success Coach, Trainer, Teacher and Consultant. She earned her B.S. Elementary Education and her M.Ed. Educational Technology from Northern Arizona University and Coach Certification through the International Association of Coaching(IAC-CC Candidate)she is also a trained Christian Transformational & Biblical Life Coach.

With 13 years of experience working with adults
and children as a teacher in the K-12 schools, community college setting, university professor and corporate trainer, Carla has a broad knowledge of coaching individuals and groups. Currently she sits on the Board of the ICF (International Coach Federation) chapter in Tucson. She is also a member of Compass’ Teen Coaches Council.

Carla has a passion for coaching women and teens in transition, teachers and military wives.

Carla has a strong Christian faith and has been active in her local church as well as a Community Representative for Focus on the Family. She is a trained Christian Transformational Life Coach and offers coaching as a ministry.

Carla also offers group coaching as a Certified Compass Coach and private client coaching through her business, Educational Specialties.

As a single, divorced mom for 16 years, recently remarried – she is a military wife raising a step-family. Carla brings a common sense approach with humor as well as tried and true coaching competencies to the coach/client relationship.

Carla lives in Southern Arizona with her husband and son. She enjoys international travel, hiking the Sonoran Desert and visiting the beaches of Southern California.

Carla coaches clients via telecoaching, online and using Skype. Carla has clients in the United States and internationally.
