Katherine (Kayti) Wilburn, Co-Host & Fitness R.E.

I’m 28, the oldest of five children and grew up in Northern California. I served four years in the Army before marrying my best friend Ben, who was also a soldier and settling into the crazy life of a SAHM and Military Wife.   We have six children, Melodie, Steven, Aiden, Sarah, Benny and Isabella ranging in age from 8 to 1, and I would be lost without God showing me the way and carrying me for most of it.  One day I realized that I wasn’t strong enough to carry my children up the three flights of stairs to our apartment in Germany, my husband was deployed and I was tired of asking neighbors for help.  With His strength to hold me up, I began my own personal journey to physical health which turned into a passion for helping other Military Wives strengthen their bodies as well as their souls.  I am currently persuing my CPT accredidation through the AFPA. Catherine Highley, Production Assistant

I’m 25 years old and grew up all over Arizona.  I was adopted as a baby and have 5 sisters and 2 brothers between my adopted and biological families, though I grew up being the youngest of two.  I’ve been married to my husband Travis for almost 2 years now and could not be more in love.  We met via eHarmony and it was one of the best experiences of my life.  We do not have any children yet, but love spending time with our 12 nieces and nephews, and adore our dachshund Rusty.  My adopted dad is a pastor, so I grew up knowing and loving Christ and accepted Him into my heart at the young age of 4.  Since then, I have grown so much and looking back I can really see God’s hand in my life leading me right to where I am at now.  I am currently working as a professional photographer, however I have also been a certified EMT for 7 years. We are preparing for our first deployment and all that comes along with that!  With God’s help and the support of loving friends and family, I know we’ll make it. Catherine can be reached at catherineh@frazledmwcn.com
